Ingredients: Black Tea, Lemongrass, Bay leaf, Ginger, and Black pepper.
First add 4 cups of water and milk in a container and bring it to boil. Add 4 teaspoon of Classic Masala Chai to the boiling milk. Keep it boiling for 3-4 mins till you see the beautiful dark color coming out of the ingredients. You will also get the aromatic smell of the spices in the tea. Take it off your stove or heater. Strain it using a siever. Pour it into the cups and enjoy! Add sugar or honey for sweetness.
You can also drink Masala Chai with water. Add 1/4th teaspoon of Masala chai in hot water and leave it for 2-5 mins. Strain it using a siever and pour it in a cup.
