Flavour 

The green tea in it provides a bittersweet nutty flavour along with some citrusy and lemony flavour from the lemongrass. The presence of Valerian roots gives the tea a woodsy flavour along with a sharp, pungent, bitter taste from the bay leaves.

Beautiful light and clear drink with a tint of yellow from the turmeric adds beautiful colour to it. Overall, this tea will keep you relaxed and calm due to the pleasant and soothing aroma and flavour it imparts. 

How to use Valerian Tea

  • Fill kettle with water and heat it over a stove. 

  • Place one teaspoon of the tea in any container/pot. Pour the hot water over the tea. 

  • Cover the container/pot. Let the tea infuse (3-6 minutes).

  • Use tea strainer and pour it in a cup. 

  • Add some honey for a punch of sweetness. 

  • Enjoy it warm or chilled at any hour of the day!
