As an organization marketing spices and traditional foods from Northeast India, it was a natural extension to share with you interesting recipes from this region. Zizira recipes will help you through its step-by-step instructions.
The food lab of Zizira, which is headed by Ibansara Shullai, who is a self-proclaimed foodie, has plans to even have a live photo shoot of some of the recipes and give you a real time experience of seeing the preparation being made. We have big plans, but also know that we need to prioritize. So, it may be a while before you see a long list of recipes. For now, we will upload one or two recipes a month.
