Broccoli Soup

The ingredients you’ll need:

  • 3 cups of Broccoli
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 tsp of Oil
  • 2 table spoon of Milk
  • Salt
  • Long pepper
  • Black pepper

How to prepare:

  • Chop onions and broccoli
  • Heat a pan and heat up 1tsp of oil
  • Saute the broccoli and onions for 2mins
  • Take it out from the pan into a blender
  • Blend ingredients to a puree
  • Take the puree and pour into a pan once again
  • On medium heat add 1 cup of water and 2 tablespoon of milk
  • Add Salt, Long pepper and Black pepper to taste
  • Let the soup simmer for about 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Make sure you taste the soup and adjust the salt and pepper consistency
