We Are Looking for Sales and Customer Support Associate

What Will You Do?

You will need to do the following:

  1. Need to listen to customers, and communicate with them patiently and take the opportunity to explain the purpose of the company.
  2. You will need to be passionate and communicate with utmost conviction regarding products and purpose.
  3. Need to have good product knowledge and should have skills to explain product benefits to customers.
  4. Should have good problem-solving skills.
  5. Needs to be attentive to customers' requests such as change of address, contact numbers, etc.
  6. Communicate and follow up with logistic partners about customers complaints/delays/re-routing to new addresses.
  7. Reading and recording good customers feedback - respond to feedback - maintain and build relationships.
  8. Proactively look for customer feedbacks and pain-points.
  9. Entertain the walk-in customers and make sure they understand how we work and make sure they go out with great image of Zizira in their mind.
  10. Handle the offline sales effectively in collaboration with finance team.
  11. Be a Zizira advocate for all the inquiries and questions asked over Emails or WhatsApp chats or other communication channels.

Roles and Responsibilities

You will deal with the following:

  1. Need to listen to customers, and communicate with them patiently and takes the opportunity to explain the purpose of the company - Why products are costly, why are they worth it.
  2. You will need to be passionate and communicate with utmost conviction regarding products and purpose.
  3. Need to have good product knowledge, with problem-solving skills.
  4. Needs to be attentive to customers' updates such as change of address, contact numbers, etc.
  5. Communicate and follow up with FedEx about customers complaints/ delays/ re-routing to new addresses.
  6. Reading and recording good customers feedback - respond to feedback - maintain and build relationships.

Requirements

  1. Basic knowledge of Computer and MS-Office.
  2. Fluent Communication in English and Hindi is a must.
  3. Ability to stay calm and solve problems when customers are angry or upset.
  4. Ability to multitask.
  5. Willingness to learn and take up challenging responsibilities.
