Hi! Since our Farmers' Overstock products are available only for limited stock and time, below are the terms and conditions you might want to know before you buy from us.
HOW TO ORDER:
Open an account with us. Our team would review your details and assign certain privileges and offers. After review, we will get back to you or inform you if more details are required.
If there is anything in the shop that has a lower stock or out of stock, just email us and our team will look into your requirement and get back to you within 24 hrs*.
We sell our overstock items in units of 1kg and all prices are listed in INR. All authorized members will receive 10% off the MRP, which includes the cost of shipping, if products bought is 5 or more kgs. If the products bought is 10 or more kgs, then members will receive 25% off. Prices are subject to change without notice.
CHANGES TO ORDERS:
Any changes or cancellation to orders must be emailed to email@example.com within 48 hours of order placed.
METHOD OF PAYMENT:
Payments through Credit Card/ Debit Card/ UPI/ Net Banking/ Wallets and more.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING:
Though your shipment will likely go out sooner, please allow up to 5-7 business days for your order to ship. We reserve the right to use our discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment. Your preferred carrier may be used if you agree to assume any additional transportation charges after confirmation by our team.
NATURAL PRODUCTS DIRECT FROM FARMERS:
All of our products are sourced directly from our farmers. Due to the environment and climatic conditions of the place, each item may vary slightly.
DAMAGES / DEFECTS:
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise upon confirmation of receipt. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES:
Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise as noted above.
At this time, we are not able to do consignment.
