If you can't find any fresh Gotu Kola leaves, you can try this recipe using Zizira's Gotu Kola powder.
A Recipe you must try
You will need some fresh gotu kola leaves or gotu kola powder, chopped cucumber, some chopped tomatoes, chopped onions, chopped green chillies, salt to taste, mustard oil and lemon juice.
Gather all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them well.
Note: Gotu Kola is a healthy ingredient because it is known to contain vitamins B and C, proteins, important minerals, and some other phytonutrients such as flavonoids, volatile oils, tannins, and polyphenol.
