A recipe you must try

Roasted Sweet and Spicy Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil.
  • ¼ cup of Bhut Jolokia Infused Honey.
  • 5 potatoes sliced into chunks.
  • 4 chopped onions.
  • 6 cloves of garlic crushed.
  • Salt to taste.
  • ½ teaspoon pepper powder.

Instructions:

  • Pre-heat oven at 180°C.
  • Then, in a large bowl, combine the oil and Bhut Jolokia Infused Honey.
  • Add the chopped onions and crushed garlic cloves into the mix.
  • Add the potatoes, and make sure they are completely glazed in the sauce.
  • In a baking tray, line an aluminum foil and baking paper and place the potatoes, make sure you spread them evenly.
  • Bake the potatoes for 45mins at 180°C, I would recommend to turn the potatoes in between while baking.
  • If you wish, you can garnish with some herbs like oregano or mint. Even add some butter and drizzle more of the infused honey on top of the potatoes and serve.
