Roasted Vegetables with Zizira Spice Mix

The ingredients you’ll need:

• 1 tablespoon Cardamom pods
  
• 1 tablespoon Black pepper corns
  
• 1 Bhut Jolokia Whole
• 1 tablespoon Long pepper
• 1 tablespoon Turmeric slices
  
• 1 tablespoon Lemon grass
  
• 1 tablespoon Salt
  

How to prepare:

• Blend them together in a mixer.
• Next step, chop some vegetables I have some broccoli, cabbage, chopped onions and garlic.
  
• Arrange the vegetables in a sheet pan and add oil and the spice mix.
• Roast it in the oven for 15 minutes at 230°C
• Your roasted vegetables are ready 😊
