¼ teaspoon of bhut jolokia chilli flakes (skip if you do not prefer spicy)
¼ cup roselle honey
A range of chopped vegetables (broccoli, carrots, capsicum, onions, baby corn and mushrooms)
1teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon of black pepper
The main ingredient to this recipe will be our Roselle infused Honey Stir Fry Sauce.
In a bowl combine, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, vinegar, chilli flakes, olive oil and roselle honey.
In a non-stick pan or iron skillet, heat up a teaspoon of olive oil, once the oil is hot adding in your vegetables, and then add in your Roselle infused Honey sauce, simmer for about 2 to 3 minutes till the sauce thickens (you can add in corn starch if you prefer thicker).
Season with salt and pepper and serve 😊
