Szechuan Pasta Recipe


Pasta, oil, onions, garlic, black pepper, flour (any kind you prefer), carrots, oregano, salt, tomato puree and szechuan pepper.


  • Cook the pasta till it soft but not chewy and drain the water, keep aside.
  • In a pan, add oil, onions and garlic and fry till they become caramelized and add the carrots and tomato puree.
  • Add black pepper, szechuan pepper, oregano and salt.
  • Mix two tablespoons of flour with a cup of water and add to the pan.
  • Once the pasta sauce is ready mix the cooked pasta into the sauce.
  • Our szechuan pepper pasta is ready to serve😋
