Ingredients you will need:
- 2 bunches Broccoli
- 2 large carrots ½ a head cabbage
- 2 Capsicums
- 2 medium sized Onions
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon Lakadong Ker powder Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- First, grease a baking tray with some oil.
- Chop the vegetables into equal sized pieces.
- Add the vegetables to the baking tray.
- Drizzle 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
- Add in the Lakadong Ker powder and mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Roast in a pre-heated oven at 230°C for 15 minutes.
3. Lakadong Ker Lassi
Here’s a healthy twist on the classic Indian favourite drink. This is a great way to reap some golden milk benefits from a delicious glass of lassi.
Ingredients you will need:
- One cup plain or sweet yogurt
- One cup water
- 1/2 a teaspoon Lakadong Ker
- 1/4 of a teaspoon of Black Pepper powder

- After you have blended all of the ingredients together, you should have a nice froth at the top of your blender.

Ingredients you will need:
- 2 cups rice
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste

Instructions:
- Heat the oil in a pan.
- Add in the onions and fry till translucent.
- Add in the ginger-garlic paste and fry for a minute till the raw smells goes away.
- Add in the Lakadong Ker powder and stir well.
- Add in the rice and season with salt. Mix well.
- Add the water and cover the pan with a lid and cook till the rice is ready.
5. Lakadong Ker Golden Oatmeal
Your regular bowl of oatmeal infused with the goodness of antioxidants and golden milk goodness.
Ingredients you will need:
- 1 cup oats
- 2 cups milk of your choice
- Fruits and nuts of your choice (almonds, raisins, cashews, sliced apples and bananas)
- 1 teaspoon Lakadong Ker
- Honey as per taste

- In a pot, heat the milk.
- Add the oats to it and let it simmer for 3 minutes while stirring continuously.
- Add the Lakadong Ker and mix well.
- Take the pot off the heat and sweeten with honey as per taste.
