The Zizira: Returns and Cancellations Policy Page
Return Policy:
Zizira does not accept returns once the order is delivered. If the mistake is from our side, then we can help with the replacement.
Replacement are subject to the following:
- Claim has to be reported within 30 days of receipt of the order.
- Provide adequate Proof while submitting your claim.
Refund Policy:
Refunds are subject to the following:
- When the product is unavailable and the payment was already made.
- If the product was damage/ lost in transit (if adequate proof is provided).
- Claim has to be reported within 30 days of receipt of the order.
Zizira reserves the right to award or reject a refund request at our own discretion.
Cancellation Policy:
Zizira reserves the right, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed to your credit card account within 4-5 working days.
Zizira reserves the right to cancel any orders which do not meet the criterion mentioned below:
- Non-availability of the product or quantities ordered
- Errors in pricing information
- Insufficient order information
- Non-confirmation of receipt of product purchased
