Elisha Sangma´s articles are interesting. For them not to be classified as “stories” it would be helpfull if she cites with scientific references. Writing that tumeric improves the action of the heart just because of its anti-inflamatory action on blood vessels is very vague. First she should know the electro-mechanical properties of the heart and describe which property or properties are affected. Suggestion to her: do a bibliographical search in PubMed, PharmacologyJournals etc on actions of curcumin.
